Standard on Health-Related Fitness Programs for Fire Department Members

Each participant will go through a fitness assessment before starting the program. We will test for things such as body fat %, cardio fitness level, muscle strength and endurance just to name a few. You will have a good understanding of where you are today and how to get to where you want to be tomorrow. We will provide the tools to track and collect your progress periodically throughout your career as a firefighter.
